To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for Business Applications Support Analyst to work with our clients and contribute to the development of our  projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Business Solutions support activities for the US’s and Mexico’s market and being a key contact of users for any required support activities.
• Supported Business Solutions: ERP, Warehouse Management system, Accounts Payable system, Electronic Invoice system, T&E system, and any new system post implementation.

Profile

• Conversational English
• At least 2 years of experience providing IT business support to final users.
• At least 1 year of experience working with any ERP system: Oracle, SAP, Microsoft etc.
• At least 1 year of experience in systems communication trough txt interfaces, APIs or any other.
• Any experience or knowledge of how WMS Systems operate.
• Ability to analyze and summarize.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Autonomous
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive team player
