We are looking for a Senior IT Support professional with experience in ERP solutions to provide high-level technical support to both internal users and external clients. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with global teams to ensure system stability and efficient issue resolution.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support to end users.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to ERP systems.
Manage and resolve support tickets within established SLAs.
Communicate effectively with international teams and clients in English.
Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Adapt to flexible working hours and rotating shifts when required.
5–6 years of experience in IT Support.
Proven experience with ERP solutions.
Fully bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Experience working in a hybrid (onsite + remote) environment.
Availability for flexible schedules (morning or afternoon shifts).
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Previous experience in corporate or multinational environments.
Additional knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or enterprise applications.
Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
